Creating Retail Communications for a National Store Network

I created a range of promotional materials for Splash Clinic Liverpool, supporting treatment sales through in-clinic advertising, shopfront window posters, website banners, email newsletters, EDM campaigns, flyers and brochures.

The work included seasonal campaigns, monthly specials, treatment packages and sale events. From Christmas and Mother’s Day promotions to laser hair removal offers and treatment information brochures, each piece helped communicate the clinic’s services, pricing and offers.

The Challenge

Present treatment information and promotional offers clearly while creating advertising that attracted attention in the clinic, throughout the shopping centre and online.

Different campaigns required different approaches—from bold discount-led posters to detailed treatment brochures and email newsletters. Each needed a clear hierarchy, recognisable branding and an easy-to-find call to action.

My Role

I provided graphic design, layout and finished artwork across Splash Clinic’s print and digital advertising.

My role included developing promotional layouts, combining imagery with treatment information, highlighting prices and package offers, and adapting designs for posters, shopfront glass, website banners, email newsletters, EDM campaigns, flyers and brochures.

For email communications, I brought together promotional offers, treatment information and booking calls to action in branded layouts.

I worked within the clinic’s existing brand, using colour, typography and imagery to give individual promotions a distinct look while maintaining a consistent connection to Splash Clinic.

Collaboration

Working with Splash Clinic Liverpool, I translated treatment offers and promotional briefs into advertising for the clinic, website and email communications.

The work brought together treatment details, pricing, campaign dates and contact information in layouts suited to each format.

The Outcome

A varied body of promotional work supporting Splash Clinic’s treatment marketing across print, web and email communications.

The project demonstrates my ability to create attention-grabbing retail advertising, communicate detailed offers clearly and adapt an established brand across seasonal campaigns and everyday marketing materials.
