Digital Products (Instant Download) Refund Policy

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, incompatibility, or failure to meet software requirements. Please review the product description, included file types, and required software carefully before purchasing.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a digital product is faulty, corrupted, not as described, or cannot be accessed.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, receive an incorrect file, or believe a file is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at design@vrgraphics.com.au. We will provide a replacement file or work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
